Experience & Expertise With over two decades of experience, I have worked extensively with survivors of trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, mood disorders, and addictions. After completing my graduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtaining my license in 2003, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients across various mental health and substance use settings.

My Approach I believe that a safe, non-judgmental space is the essential foundation for growth. Whether you are looking to change negative patterns, process a traumatic event, or navigate the complexities of parenthood and relationships, my goal is to empower you. I utilize solution-focused techniques and other evidence-based approaches to help you navigate roadblocks and achieve lasting success.
